Seasoned turkey escalope with prosciutto, sage and fresh lemon with a marsala butter sauce

Seared Tuna fillet
with prawns in an asparagus and chervil butter sauce

Vegetarian keftedes (v)
Balls of fresh herbs, cracked wheat, mushrooms and garden
vegetables, lightly spiced and served with a rich tomato sauce 

Chargrilled extra mature sirloin steak
in a Dijon mustard, mushroom, onion and red wine cream sauce

 Lamb rump 
Pan roasted with garlic, olive oil, fresh chilli and rosemary with root vegetables
