The Royal Hotel Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions

By completing our application form and using the card you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions that are part of The Royal Loyalty Card scheme.

2. 10% of what you spend on accommodation, food and drink will be added to your card.

3. The 10% saving will only apply to accommodation booked directly with The Royal Hotel and not through a 3rd party

4. Money earned on your card cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Your card can also be used at The Barn Pub and Restaurant, Tunbridge Wells

6. We reserve the right to exclude certain products lines from the Loyalty Card scheme.

7. The Royal Loyalty Card remains the property of The Royal unless it has been purchased as a gift card.

8. The Royal reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and or scheme without any notification.

9. Information will be held on our database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
