Customer service at this hotel is excellent. We had postponed our visit twice because of the Covid situation, and each time the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful with reorganising things. Food was of a high quality, and we much appreciated our cream tea on arrival. Breakfasts have an extensive menu (excellent porridge!). My small double room was rather small, but well equipped and very clean. Central location makes for easy sightseeing.
