I have stayed at this delightful hotel several times now . My recent stay did not disappoint. I came with family & we had two rooms. Both rooms clean & very comfortable . We ate dinner in the Brunel Brasserie which was delicious. There was a lovely lady serving , I think her name was Aug. She worked very hard & was so polite. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff at this hotel work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. Mike, Heidi , Chris & Aug (I hope that’s right 😊) thank you for a thoroughly wonderful time. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon.
