Without a shadow of doubt this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Customer service was second to none, all thanks to a dynamic team (Mike, Nick, Heidi, to name a few) who catered to our every need, nothing was too much trouble. The food was truly out of this world. A fine array of piping hot, mouth-watering dishes, served in a timely fashion. The House-keeping staff worked hard to ensure the hotel was spotless and hospitality trays etc were replenished daily. High praise to everyone who served us, including bar staff and special recognition to the charming young lady (whose name I sadly didn’t get) who served breakfast on our last two days, a real joy to be around! Location wise it doesn’t get better than this hotel. Super handy for the train, a stone’s throw from the shops and close to all the main attractions. Mike works tirelessly and runs the show with military precision, if anyone deserves a day off it’s you Mike! It’s little wonder we would not hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend this hotel enough.
