This charming old hotel is in the heart of Bath conveniently located for the shops and sights as well as being very near the railway and bus stations.
Nothing was too much trouble for the welcoming staff who went out of their way to assist us in a pleasant and helpful manner.
We were staying here on a Travelzoo deal which include dinner in the Brasserie Brunel (see separate review), afternoon cream tea and breakfast. The variety of options on the breakfast menu were particularly good and well cooked and presented by the chef.
We will happily stay here again if we have occasion to revisit Bath
