Myself and my partner stayed at the Royal Hotel in Bath for four days at the end of July. All we can say is what a superb hotel!! Pleasant, friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble.
Wonderful room with great en suite facilities, and clean to boot. Food and drink very good, which included a meal in their restaurant. Again, attentive service and pleasant with it.
Perfectly located for all our sightseeing needs and I can certainly recommend this hotel for others to stay at. All that is best in customer service, cleanliness and hospitality amply demonstrated over the four days. If we could give it a six out of five, we would.
