Surprise mini break to The Royal Hotel with my partner for his birthday . Tim was very welcoming and helpful on the phone and in person. Upgraded to a lovely room supplied with tea coffee biscuits and bottled water. Breakfast and meals were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Opposite the train station and only a 2 minute walk to the town centre. Perfect for shopping and sight seeing. Will definitely be back to stay.
