We stayed at The Royal on a two-night break last week and once again Team Royal exceeded expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast and dinner menus were varied and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the railway and bus stations, and shops and attractions are within walking distance, but there is a taxi rank opposite the hotel if needed, but the thing that brings us back to The Royal is Mike and his super team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay a very good one. We look forward to returning in November.
