A hugely warm welcome from Heidi (the exceptional receptionist) began my 2 day Bath pre-Christmas break. This hotel is a great place to stay – located as it is – just across the road from train and coach stations and very close to most of the wonderful attractions that this lovely city has to offer. breakfast plentiful, varied and delicious. My room was snug, warm clean and v comfortable. Looking forward to a return visit to Bath AND this lovely hotel – soon !
