A lovely hotel with character! Lovely location, 2 minutes walk to the city center and main objects of interest in bath – the thermals, along with historical Roman baths. Stayed in the small double for two nights and enjoyed it very much! Room was clean and cosy, with everything that could be possibly needed included. A very comprehensive tea/coffee selection was a lovely touch. Food in the restaurant was great, they truly are grill experts. The steak is one of the best ones that I ever had. While all staff were friendly and polite, Tim was the one who made our stay exceptional! Extremely friendly, extremely helpful, all problems and requests were solved in a blink of an eye! If there were Oscars for hotel hosts, Tim would have won it with a landslide! A true heart of this wonderful hotel! Thank you very much, we will definitely be coming back soon!!
