I’ve stayed in many hotels over the course of my employment and for leisure purposes over the last 50 years or so but I think this one has been my favourite.
Beautifully decorated room,spotlessly clean, heating that works, plenty of hot water and superb housekeeping made for perfect accommodation.
The restaurant was excellent value providing food of the highest quality served up with great care and just the right attentiveness. Bar and reception staff were efficient and friendly and my daughter and I had a lovely stay here for our annual Christmas break.
I would definitely stay here again if I have occasion to visit Bath, actually The Royal is in itself reason enough to visit the city.
