I’ve had an excellent stay here and certainly will return again on my next visit to Bath. Ryan, Millie & Tim gave me exceptional customer service, very attentive, friendly & genuine. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here – families, couples, tourists & solo travellers. Location is perfect (opposite Bath station) breakfast & dinner in this hotel (Brunel restaurant) is outstanding & rooms are very clean & tidy, generous amenities in the hotel room everything necessary is provided. I had a lovely experience here thanks to the kind staff, I also loved the interior of this hotel it has an old English vintage charm, had a great nights sleep very cosy. It’s a great place to visit with so much to see nearby (beautiful parks – Alexandra park nearby (20min stroll up the hill with fantastic views – a must see whilst visiting Bath. Stunning scenery & architecture, great restaurants to choose from & plenty of shops, bars museums etc. Highly recommended!!
