Stayed at the Royal with a couple of friends and got a good deal for dinner, bed and breakfast. Our dinners were delicious – good chef. Our rooms were very comfy and everything worked. The staff were all kind and helpful and seemed happy to be working there. Very handy for the theatre, shops and Roman baths.
