Spent 2 excellent nights at the Royal Hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcome on the morning , apologetic our room wasn’t ready although we weren’t expecting it to be at 11-30 anyway. After a busy day we arrived back in time for our meal. Fabulous choice of food for each of the three courses. Food was excellent and well presented, plenty of time between courses to chat and enjoy the atmosphere. So nice to take 2 1/2 hours over a meal, no one rushing you or waiting for you to finish. Room was lovely, everything you could want. Love the fresh coffee and biscuits. Staff were so helpful and made our stay really special. Will definitely return next time we are in Bath.
